Year-End Holiday Policy
For stay dates December 23, 2023 to January 2, 2024 (inclusive):
- Two (2) nights room and tax deposit taken at the time of booking.
- Any cancellations or reductions to length of stay will be refunded if changes are made on or before September 30, 2023.
- On October 1, 2023, full prepayment for all remaining nights (through January 2, 2024) will be charged. Full prepaid deposit becomes non-refundable, non-cancellable. No refunds will be given for any cancellations or changes. No exceptions.
- Full prepayment due at time of booking for any new booking made on or after October 1, 2023.
- Seven (7) night minimum length of stay required if any stay dates include at least one day from December 26, 2023 to December 31, 2023 (inclusive).
