Fit For You

Our fitness center features all the modern amenities you would expect from a luxury resort like The Kahala. In addition to the high-tech equipment and extensive exercise classes, the stunning ocean views offer an extra motivation to work out. The center is accessible 24 hours a day with a guest key, yet classes need to be reserved.

Equipment

The center is equipped with all cardio machines as well as a full range of dumbbells and resistance machines.

We have an extensive range of fitness classes including the popular Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga.

Personal Trainers

Personal trainers are available for individual attention and consultation.

Private Memberships

We also offer private personal training, exercise classes and private memberships.

Class Descriptions

Total Body Conditioning

45 min - We will get a full body workout starting from your toes to and ending at your head.  This nonstop workout is a bit of weight resistance using light dumbbells and your own body weight and yet is not rigorous or too vigorous... it will be nonstop so that you will get the heart pumping as well as you muscles worked.  This class is great for any levels.

SUP Yoga (max 4 participants)

45 min - Two of our most popular activities come together as we perform our yoga routine on the Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP). Stand-up Paddleboard Yoga offers a dynamic learning environment of ocean wind and waves to ride on while stabilizing a playful practice.

SUP Yoga and Guided Meditation on the Board

Get out on the Ocean, try a few yoga poses, stretch breath and move your body along with the flow of the waves, end your session with a guided meditation using the water and sunshine and fresh air to relax your body and mind.

Vinyasa Yoga

Yoga challenges your ability to balance strength and flexibility through inner and outer conditioning. Come flow with grace in a variety of postures designed to open up your mind, body, and heart.

Hula Aerobics

Utilizing and teaching the basic elements of the hula, you will perform low intensity stretching and balanced movements. Our 45-minute class is appropriate for all ages and physical abilities.

The Fascianation Method (self-myofascial release)

The Fascianator was mindfully developed by Anthony Chrisco, Certified Personal trainer and Founding member of the International Fascia Research Society. Fascial restrictions are the root of aches and pains associated with aging and dysfunctional movements and patterns. Self-Myofascial Release aka rolling the body, alleviates immobility and pain related to tight muscles. In this 1 hour small class environment, Anthony and his team will help you to not only learn the functions and exercises to use this amazing Fascianator, but will also inspire you to become healthier with a new way to Tune-up your body now.

Private Personal Training

Our expert staff of fitness professionals will design an exercise program individualized for you. These one-on-one training sessions begin with an individual goal assessment and warm up. The session continues with a combination of resistance and cardiovascular training using the latest techniques with an emphasis on teaching the importance of proper technique and form. Our goal in this session is to instill a greater understanding of how to attain your health and fitness goals safely and effectively.

Semi-Private Personal Training

All the attention and uniqueness of private personal training designed for two people. Great for couples looking to work out together with the assistance of one of our fitness professionals.

Private Group Fitness Class

Private group exercise classes may be scheduled in advance to meet your needs. This is a unique opportunity for your group to receive personal exercise instruction in any of the classes offered at our center. Great for families or friends traveling together.
