The Kahala Holiday Policy

December 23, 2020 - January 2, 2021
For dates of stay from December 23, 2020 to January 2, 2021 (inclusive), the holiday deposit policy applies:

Deposits: Two nights room & tax deposit taken at the time of booking. On November 1, 2020, full prepayment for all remaining nights (up through January 2, 2021) will be charged.

Full prepayment due at time of booking for any new booking made on or after November 1, 2020.

Cancellation: Any cancellations or reductions to length of stay will be refunded if changes are made on or before October 31, 2020.

As of November 1, 2020, full prepaid deposit becomes non-refundable, non-cancellable. No refunds will be given for any cancellations or changes made unless it is due to COVID-19 related travel restriction. No exceptions.

For dates of stay from December 26, 2020 to December 31, 2020 (inclusive), the following minimum stay requirement applies in addition to the holiday deposit:
  • Minimum Stay Requirements: Four (4) nights if any dates of stay include at least one day from December 26th - 31st, 2020
