The Kahala Holiday Policy

December 23, 2021 - January 2, 2022
For dates of stay from December 23, 2021 to January 2, 2022 (inclusive), the holiday deposit policy applies:
  • Deposits: Two (2) nights room & tax deposit taken at the time of booking. On October 1, 2021, full prepayment for all remaining nights (up through January 2, 2022) will be charged.
  • Full prepayment due at time of booking for any new booking made on or after October 1, 2021.
  • Cancellation: Any cancellations or reductions to length of stay will be refunded if changes are made on or before September 30, 2021.
  • As of October 1, 2021, full prepaid deposit becomes non-refundable, non-cancellable. No refunds will be given for any cancellations or changes made unless it is due to COVID-19 related travel restriction. No exceptions.
For dates of stay from December 26, 2021 to December 31, 2021 (inclusive), the following minimum stay requirement applies in addition to the holiday deposit:
  • Minimum Stay Requirements: Seven (7) nights if any dates of stay include at least one day from December 26th - 31st, 2021
