Waialae Ballroom

With an elegant waterfall feature outside and decadent interiors, this ballroom offers over 2,700 square feet of possibilities and can accommodate 40 to 120 people based on the function.

Kahala o Ke Kai

This prime oceanfront room offers unparalleled views of the Pacific with folding glass doors that open to a pristine lawn area. The 16’ x 48’ function space seats a maximum of 40 guests using four rounds of 10 or up to 30 guests at a large oval-shaped table. With its indoor/outdoor functionality, Kahala o Ke Kai is the ideal room for an intimate morning or evening event.

Plumeria Grove

This gorgeous oceanfront setting includes a pristine lawn and elegant gazebo ideal for a romantic outdoor ceremony. With breathtaking views of the Pacific, Plumeria Grove evokes the true meaning of wedding in paradise.

Maile Ballroom

The expansive ballroom, complete with gorgeous glass chandeliers and overlooking a private lagoon, can host up to 450 people across its 8,800 square feet.

Indoor Wedding Locations

The Maile Ballroom

One large ballroom that can accommodate up to 300 which can be subdivided into three sections: Maile Makai, Maile Koko Head and Maile Mauka

Airwall doors between ballroom and foyer area may be opened to create a larger airier space for guests.

Depending on set-up, about 300 within ballroom doors (entire room) or 100 per section (subject to change depending on dance floor, video, head table, etc.)

Cocktails may be served in foyer area directly in front of ballroom

Waialae Ballroom

Floor to ceiling glass window on one side of room overlooks waterfall garden

Spotlight on waterfall in the evening as well as tiki torches

Maximum of 100 without dance floor (better number is usually 80-90 for weddings due to dance floor, video, head table, etc.)

Cocktails may be served outside by waterfall (weather permitting)

Allow guests to mingle with cocktails in the ballroom while the bride and groom are with the photographer (we regret that cocktails may not be served in lower lobby as it is a common area)

Kahala o Ke Kai — Reception (using room only)

Prime Oceanfront room (16’ x 48’) with folding glass doors that open to lawn area

Maximum of 40 guests using four rounds of 10 (not one seat more) or oval shaped table up to 30 guests

Amplification is not allowed for evening events (microphone, sound system, etc.) due to nearby condominiums

events conclude by 10:00pm
