Hoku’s Classics Return To The Kahala Along With An Innovative New Menu

Savor the return of The Kahala’s Executive Chef, Wayne Hirabayashi’s Signature Classics Dishes along with the launch of a new and delectable Spring/Summer Menu available now through the end of the season.

Kahala Classics like Soy Braised Beef Short Rib & Avocado Tempura, Hawaiian Salt & Herb Crusted Colorado Rack of Lamb, New & Traditional Sashimi Platter and Hoku’s Loco Moco are sure to evoke fond memories of longtime Hoku’s lovers and create new fans.

Hoku’s new Spring/Summer Menu features exciting and innovative dishes such as Big Island Abalone Brick Pastry & Grilled Hokkaido Scallop, Hoku’s Ocean Salad, Bouillabaisse, Braised Kurobuta Pork Loin with Herb Crust and Grilled Beef Tenderloin, Shallot & Red Beet Puree. In addition to the new A La Carte Menu, Hoku’s is offering a special Five-Course Prix Fixe Menu for $75 per person, a Seven-Course Tasting Menu for $110 per person and a Nine-Course Degustation Menu for $150 per person. Wine pairings by The Kahala’s Master Sommelier In-Residence, Roberto Viernes is also offered to accompany the three special Menus for an additional $35-45.
