Open for dinner seven nights a week, Arancino introduces a dining concept that offers you different ways to create your meal, and will showcase Italian dishes, classic and innovative at the same time.

The prix fixe menu allows you to create your three or four course dinner, resulting in a unique dining experience.
Courses feature Insalata (salad), Antipasti (appetizer), Primi (pasta) and Secondi (entrée).You can choose one of five dishes available in each course.
Discover Arancino at The Kahala's style of Italian fare through Executive Chef Daisuke Hamamoto’s thoughtfully crafted menu featuring a wide selection of house-made pastas, brick oven pizzas, gibier (game meat delicacies) and more. In addition, an extensive wine list designed by Shinya Tasaki, a past winner of the World’s Best Sommelier Award, will feature different premium wines from Italy and Pacific Rim countries.
Arancino at The Kahala’s five-course dinners are $100 plus tax and gratuity, with a four-course option at $85 plus tax and gratuity.
Lunch: Casual resort wear with shoes or dressy sandals are preferred.
Dinner: Evening resort wear and aloha wear with shoes or dressy sandals are preferred.
Swimwear, sleeveless t-shirts and athletic gear along with hats are not permitted.
Lunch: 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (a la carte)
Dinner: 5:00 p.m. – 9:30p.m. (course dining)
Late Night: 9:30pm – 10:30p.m. (limited a la carte)

The hotel is fantastic, great beach, great views, great rooms, we stayed at the left wing with a partial ocean view but plenty view of the dolphins, the perfect spot, it was wonderful to stay at the porch watching the dolphins playing and exercising, the breakfast buffet is a must so don't miss the opportunity of buying the breakfast package, it cost 20 pp when the real cost is aound 40. Great staff, must come back!
