Kainoa II Boardroom
At 415 square feet, this room is the perfect size for important business meetings.
Distinguished yet inviting, this Kainoa Room, which is located on the Lobby Level opens onto a private tropical garden and is equipped with a drop screen, 32-inch remote television, VCR, wireless internet access (additional fees may apply), conference calling, and the latest in audiovisual equipment. It can accommodate up to 12 people in executive seating around its handsome mahogany table. Side buffet tables are perfect for coffee, tea and cold beverage service. The garden can be set up for breaks as well as for casual buffet style lunches and cocktails.
Kainoa I Meeting Room
It overlooks a tropical garden which can be used for breaks or casual lunches.
Specifically designed with smaller meetings in mind, this flexible room can be reconfigured into a U-shaped, classroom or theater-style layout. Equipped with a built-in white board and climate controls. At 415 square feet, it can comfortably accommodate 16 to 20 persons for a conference or meeting.
A waterfall outside and over 2,700 square feet of meeting elegance.
With special lighting and sound capabilities, the Waialae Ballroom is a favorite location for events for 40 to 120 persons. It overlooks a beautiful, cascading waterfall and the interior is just as spectacular, with glass chandeliers that simulate glass reflections in the ocean. It can be set up for meetings as well as sit-down dinners for 100, receptions for 150 and theater style meetings for 100.
