Join us for Yoga classes at CHI Fitness! Gentle Yoga moves at a steady pace slowly cycling though a series of floor-based and seated postures. All levels and ages welome.

CHI Class Schedule
Individual Class (Hotel Guests): $25
Individual Class (Non-Hotel Guests): $35
Individual Class (CHI Members): $10

Reservations are required for all classes and based on availability. Touch 8940 for reservations and more information. Open daily. Reception Desk: 6 a.m. – 2 p.m., Gym & Locker Room: 24/7. Check-in at CHI Fitness Reception for class location.

Hawaiian Games


10:00 – 11:30 am

Activities include:
Ulu Maika: an accuracy game involving rolling a wooden disk between markers Moe Pahe’e: an accuracy game involving sliding a wooden dart between markers Konane: a strategy game similar to chess or checkers

Children should be accompanied by an adult.

SUP Yoga Classes

SUP Yoga classes are offered each Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Reserve at CHI Fitness Center reception daily from 6am-2pm or by dialing 808-739-8940(ext 8940). Guests must be 13 years or older. No shows will be charged in full. In the event of poor weather (rain or wind), guests will be notified of cancelation at least 1 hour prior to the start of class. Private bookings available upon request.

Sunrise SUP Yoga & Meditation from 7-8am. Pricing as follows: $60 for hotel guest and non-hotel guest.

SUP Yoga & Paddle from 9-10:30am. Pricing as follows: $75 for hotel guest and non-hotel guest.
