The Kahala Spa’s Fall Session will focus on making healthy lifestyle changes one step at a time. 'Time for Yourself' on Saturday, September 27, 2014 welcomes Jennifer Goodwin, a wellness expert and holistic health practitioner. Jennifer brings a lifetime of knowledge and experiences to help you gain energy, health, and vitality. She will share how integrating energy work will address the three major areas essential to wellness – the mind, body, and spirit.
