NEW AT CHI HEALTH ENERGY FITNESS CENTER: STAND UP PADDLEBOARD YOGA Tan and tone at the same time with our all-new Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga class which combines the heart-opening joy of Yoga with the stability challenge of SUP.
