Jeremy Shigekane named Chef de Cuisine
Honolulu, HI… Jeremy Shigekane was named Chef de Cuisine for the award- winning Hoku’s restaurant at The Kahala Hotel & Resort effective August 7 in an announcement by the hotel’s Food and Beverage Director, Todd Oldham. Hoku’s serves dinner Wednesday through Sunday from 5:30 until 10 p.m.; Sunday Brunch is offered from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
