Spices used are cumin, coriander, cloves, cardamom, black pepper, curry powder, paprika, fennel seeds, and turmeric. The freshest seasonal seafood and vegetables will be used.
~ Thai Curry ~ Choice of Seafood or Vegetable Assorted seafood or vegetables served in a Thai Curry made with onions, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, cilantro, lime leaves, chili, coconut milk, and Thai curry paste. The freshest seasonal seafood and vegetables will be used.
~ Japanese Beef Curry ~ Original Recipe from Okura Hotel Tokyo Base made with beef, carrots, onion, celery, curry powder, ketchup, banana puree, apples, garlic and AP flour. Curry is then finished with beef, onions, carrots, Kabocha, cauliflower, and mushrooms. Served with steamed Japanese rice.
