Kahala has everything you need to make your event successful.  With seven function areas, including the Maile and Waialae Ballrooms and outdoor Diamond Head and Koko Head Lawns, we can serve up to 500 attendees with over 24,000 sq. ft. of space.  Our two Kainoa rooms, at 415 sq. ft. each, are perfect for smaller sized gatherings.

Our newly refreshed meeting spaces and ballrooms are now open and ready to dazzle those looking for the perfect space for any type of business gathering.  New carpeting, furniture and artwork are in place, and soon the ballrooms will also have 6'X9' LCD walls for seamless displays of images and presentations.

Spectacular and uniquely Hawaiian, this pillarless ballroom is flexible enough to accommodate three smaller functions or a large one of up to 450. Designed with a pre-function area that overlooks the tropical Dolphin Lagoon through floor-to-ceiling windows, the ballroom itself is elegantly decorated with Venetian glass chandeliers. This ballroom can also be divided into three smaller rooms, each 1,700-1,800 sq. ft. or fully opened to 8,800 sq. ft.

Kainoa II Boardroom
At 415 sq. ft., this room is the perfect size for smaller business meetings. Distinguished yet inviting, it provides a view of the lush tropical gardens and is equipped with a 32-inch remote television, VCR and the latest in audiovisual equipment. It can accommodate up to 12 people around its handsome mahogany table.

Kainoa I Meeting Room
Specifically designed with smaller meetings in mind, this flexible room can be reconfigured into U-shaped, classroom and theater-style layouts. Equipped with a built-in white board and climate controls, it is just steps away from our fully equipped Business Center. At 415 sq. ft., it can comfortably accommodate 16-20 people.

With over 2,700 sq. ft. of meeting space, special lighting and sound capabilities, the Waialae Ballroom is a favorite location for groups from 40-120 people.  It overlooks a beautiful, cascading waterfall and the interior is just as spectacular, with glass chandeliers that simulate glass, shining in the ocean.
