Renowned for its innovative culinary style and service, Hoku's serves Contemporary Island Cuisine, melding Hawaiian, Asian and European flavors.
The menu has been expanded to include an exotic variety of new dishes, such as Garlic & Herb Crusted Kurobuta Pork Chop (Sage, Mango & Apple Chutney, Broccolini, Yukon Gold & Maui Onion Potato Hash), Butter Poached Maine Lobster (Fennel Potato Puree, Ka’u Orange, Asparagus), Braised Burgundy Short Ribs (Horseradish & Chive Crème, Garlic Kale, Morel Mushroom Mashed Potatoes).

The restaurant is bathed in warm, natural earth tones with indoor and outdoor terraces, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The expanded a la carte menu features signature items to fit any occasion such as The Kahala Burger using certified angus ground beef with a fried egg, white cheddar cheese, guacamole, bacon, thinly sliced onions served with french fries or our freshly made Gluten Free French Toast with Kahala Maple Butter for breakfast or a Pulehu New Zealand Lamb Chops.

Both Taryn and Art ensured that all our needs were met with courtesy and professionalism. This was not our first time dining at the Hoku's and it surely will not be our last.

This comfortable lounge is located adjacent to the lobby overlooking the Dolphin Lagoon with both indoor and outdoor seating amidst lush tropical decor. Serving afternoon tea, cocktails and light pupus in the evening.
Afternoon tea is a delight with delicate finger sandwiches and pastries and teas from The Harney Collection. The Veranda also offers a menu of Mediterranean inspired small plates complements the innovative cocktail list.
Spend lunchtime out by the beach with attentive service and a menu of casual favorites.
Menus include fresh bounty from local waters, sandwiches and salads, hamburgers and delectable desserts, all served with refreshing drinks from the poolside bar.
