Management needs to be commended for their fantastic leadership in providing 5-star training for the staff. We will only stay at The Kahala on our Oahu vacations. We have stayed at Four Seasons, Ritz Carltons, Grand Wailea, Fairmonts, and other 5-star resorts throughout the country and none can touch the consistently warm service provided by the staff of The Kahala.

Excellent stay. The new Bouncy House on the water is a great idea; kids and adults enjoyed it very much. Truly a great option for Honolulu residents who want to have a ""stay-cation"" with a neighbor island feel. Was perfect to take my out of town visitors (girlfriend and her son) on their visit to Honolulu.
