The Kahala Hotel & Resort is proud to once again welcome world renowned Chef Emeril Lagasse from April 9 to April 11, 2010 for another fantastic Food & Wine Classic event.

Chef Emeril began his culinary career in New York, Boston, and Philadelphia before heading south to New Orleans, The Big Easy. He is now chef-proprietor of 11 restaurants in New Orleans, Las Vegas, Orlando, Miami, Gulfport, and Bethlehem.
