Arancino, Hawaii’s premier Italian ristorante, is coming to The Kahala Hotel & Resort and showcasing classic Italian dishes with a modern twist using only the finest ingredients imported from Italy. Discover and experience the culinary creations of Naples through Executive Chef Daisuke Hamamoto’s thoughtfully crafted menu that will feature a wide selection of fine pastas, brick oven pizzas, gibier (game meat delicacies) and more. In addition, an extensive wine list designed by Shinya Tasaki, winner of the Best Sommelier in the World Award in 1995, will feature different wines from Pacific Rim countries around Hawaii.
