Learn how best to cook with mushrooms with Executive Chef Wayne Hirabayashi’s demonstration and hands-on cooking class at Hoku’s. Chef Hirabayashi will also be joined by Hoku’s Chef de Cuisine, Jeremy Shigekane. Class participants receive take home recipes of the dishes created and light refreshments with coffee and tea will be served following the classes.
