Chef Cindy Hutson celebrates her Cuisine of the Sun. She is joined by our own culinary icon Chef Amy Ferguson. Together with the Kahala culinary team, they present a five course menu in a "South Beach comes to Kahala" theme. Jim Clendenen pairs wines with each course from this Au Bon Climat and Clendenen Family Vineyards. Fred Schrader hosts this true culinary Rhythm of the Night celebration in our oceanfront tent and walks us through the courses and wines with Cindy, Amy and Jim. After dinner, for our cigar aficionados, light up under the stars with your own Davidoff cigar.

Bask in the passion and culinary expressions of Chef Cindy Hutson when she enthralls you with her Latino inspired dishes and flavors. Interact throughout the class and gain hands-on experience as she ignites sugar and spice and delivers a unique cooking experience.
Wine Tasting WINE-OLOGY with JIM CLENDENEN
2PM to 4PM $50 per person plus tax and grauity
Jim Clendenen takes you on a tour through the vineyards of Au Bon Climat and Clendenen Family Vineyards. Allow him to divulge his secrets, share some wine notes with you and guide your palate through the tasting of five personally selected wines from his own library. For the serious wine connoisseur, this is a chance to spend an afternoon with superb wines and a grand wine master.
Classic Dinner at Hoku's, Chefs Hutson and Hirabayashi together EPICURIA, a JOURNEY of the SENSES
6:30PM to 10PM Hoku's $185 per person plus tax and gratuity
Before the formal tasting menu starts in Hoku's, join us in the Lobby for an Ortanique cocktail and light pupus inspired by Cuisine of the Sun chef Cindy Hutson. Then adjourn to your table at Hoku's for a symphony of the essence that inspires our guest chef. In an oasis of color and warmth, Hoku's takes on a different style and becomes the perfect backdrop for the world of "edible art". Tonight, Cindy gets to work with our own culinary star, Executive Chef Wayne Hirabayashi. Together, they prepare a 5-course dinner paired with the award winning wines of Au Bon Climat and Clendenen Family Vineyards selected by Jim Clendenen. Guiding us through each course and each pairing is our Master of Ceremonies and winemaker extraordinaire, Fred Schrader. This is truly an epicuriean night.
