Job Description: Our resort is currently seeking candidates for the position of Executive Assistant Housekeeper.  Candidate will assists the Executive Housekeeper in the supervision of all housekeeping operations to ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness are met for guestrooms and public areas.

Job Title: Laundry Attendants
Job Description:

Performs all work required in the processing, drying, folding and finishing of all items that require cleaning.  Also performs incidental duties required in the proper storage inventory and upkeep of such items.  Operates and feeds linen into Laundry equipment such as, but not limited to, flat ironers,  and tunnel finisher.  Prepares items for processing by lagging sheets, segregating colored napkins, hanging clothes.  Operates towel folding machine or hand fold beach towels, bath sheets, handtowels, room rugs and mats, washcloths, blankets, mattress pads.  Segregates linens that are stained, worn or torn.

Job Title: Banquet Manager
Job Description:

Candidate will profitably managing the overall operations of the Banquet Department.  Will maintain all service aspects of banquet functions in accordance with the policies of the hotel.

The Banquet Manager will manage service personnel to maintain service standards and exceed customer’s expectations.  Maintains effective and open communication with staff and guests resolving issues with tact and diplomacy.  Enforces established guidelines, policies, and union contract of the hotel and performs disciplinary action as necessary.

Education/Training Requirements:

· High School Diploma or General Education Diploma required.

· College degree in Travel Industry Management or related field strongly preferred.


Experience/Skill Requirements:
· Minimum two (2) years restaurant and/or hotel food and beverage experience required.

· Minimum two (2) years previous Banquet Management experience required.

· Experience in a first-class, medium to large resort preferred Minimum two (2) years   previous management experience required.

This position will report to the hotel's Managing Director and will work closely with the Corporate Marketing Office.

Experience/Skill Requirements:
Minimum five (5)years experience in hotel industry.
