How early should I arrive for my spa services?
Please check in at The Kahala Spa reception desk 10 minutes prior toyour scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, late arrivals may not receivean extension of scheduled treatments, so as not to inconvenience otherSpa guests.
What should I bring to the Spa?
You will be given a robe and slippers to change into before your treatment.
What do I do if I need to cancel my appointment?
Because your Spa appointments are reserved specifically for you, we askthat you notify The Kahala Spa a minimum of 24 hours in advance shouldyou need to cancel or re-schedule, to avoid a 100% charge for theservice. All no-show appointments will be charged at 100% of the cost ofthe service.
Do I need to tip the Spa Therapists?
Gratuity is not included in the price of the treatment. An 18% gratuitywill be added to all spa services and packages. Gratuity amount can bemodified at your discretion.
Should I tell anyone about any physical, medical, or allergy concerns?
Upon arrival at The Kahala Spa, you will complete a brief health historyquestionnaire to assist your therapist in providing you the bestpossible experience and to assure your maximum safety and comfort. Weencourage you to disclose any pertinent health conditions that mayaffect your Spa experience.
What should I do with my jewelry and other valuables?
Please leave your jewelry and other valuables at home or in the safe located in your room.
