Private Personal Training
Our expert staff of fitness professionals will design an exercise program individualized for you. These one-on-one training sessions begin with an individual goal assessment and warm up. The session continues with a combination of resistance and cardiovascular training using the latest techniques with an emphasis on teaching the importance of proper technique and form. Our goal in this session is to instill a greater understanding of how to attain your health and fitness goals safely and effectively.
Semi-Private Personal Training
All the attention and uniqueness of private personal training designed for two people. Great for couples looking to work out together with the assistance of one of our fitness professionals.
Private Group Fitness Class
Private group exercise classes may be scheduled in advance to meet your needs. This is a unique opportunity for your group to receive personal exercise instruction in any of the classes offered at our center. Great for families or friends traveling together.

Hula Aerobics * Japanese speaking Instructor
This 60 minutes class is appropriate for all ages and physical abilities and offers low-intensity stretching and gentle balanced movements at an easy page utilizing basic elements of the hula.
Kahala Beach Body Workout
Join us to achieve physical and emotional balance. The Workout is a 45 minute aerobics workout incorporating the best training methods from core training, all over body sculpting, martial arts and includes the use of weights, bands and other exercise equipment. Whether you are advanced or a beginner, we welcome everyone to this worthwhile wellness activity.
Power Yoga * Japanese speaking Instructor
In this yoga class, your main goal is to breathe and move the body. No prior yoga experience is needed to feel powerful and fluid. We start off with basic breathing and grounding techniques. We will practice some basic stretches then transition into a few rounds of the sun salutation. Throughout the whole class, emphasis will be on trying to coordinate your movements along with the breath to get the most efficient use of your “CHI” (energy).
Vinyasa Yoga 60 minutes
The main aspects of this yoga are the emphasis on the Vinyasa, or breathing and movement system; and the Tristhana, the three places of attention or action. The harmony of breath, movement and attention work to warm the blood to improve circulation, which in turn purifies and heals the body and mind.
Yogalates 45 minutes * Japanese speaking Instructor
Increase flexibility and strength through this unique blend of Yoga and Pilates. This class will focus mainly on the core areas of your body while implementing a special technique of breathing to keep you balanced.
