    One-night room and tax deposit processed at time of reservation. One-night cancellation charge processed for cancellations and no-shows received within 7 days of scheduled arrival. 

    Signature Suites: Two-night room and tax deposit due at time of reservation and refundable if cancellation occurs 30 days prior to arrival date. Full nonrefundable prepayment required 30 days prior to arrival. For reservation made within 30 days of arrival, full non-refundable pre-payment required. For individual reservation of 10 nights or more, deposit of 20% of the total stay required at time of booking. Other rates and restrictions apply for Advance Purchase rate plans and the December Holiday stay period (December 23, 2024 – January 2, 2025). 

    Kahala Family Plan

    Spend more time together as a family at The Kahala Hotel & Resort. Book any room using the Family Plan and children aged 17 and under can stay with their parents at no extra cost. Choose from one king or two double beds for added comfort.

    Maximum Occupancy & Check in

    Rooms and suites allow for double occupancy as a standard and can accommodate a maximum of four guests at an additional cost of $100 for each extra person and $85 per rollaway bed. Two bedroom suites can accommodate six people. Two rooms requiring connecting doors must be confirmed in advance by calling Kahala Reservations directly, a $150.00 plus tax one time charge will be applied to guarantee the rooms.

    Check-out time: 12:00 noon
    Early/late check in/out: Immediate access to your accommodation on arrival can be guaranteed by booking the room for the night before. For late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee your accommodation until you depart. We are also happy to offer our superb Hospitality Suite and luggage storage arrangements.

    Extras: Overnight parking is $50 per night. Dog program available for $150, dogs must be under 25lbs. Sample dog waiver form required at check in.

    Day 1: Fun In The Sun

    • Soak up the warm Hawaiian sunshine at our outdoor pool and hot tub. Rent a cabana for the day so you can lounge peacefully while the kids make a splash. With pool toys available for purchase, they’ll never run out of things to do! When you get hungry, there’s no need to go far. Enjoy a light meal at our poolside restaurant, Seaside Grill.

    • After a quick lunch at Plumeria Beach House, hop on our complimentary shuttle to the Royal Hawaiian Center in Waikiki. From there, it’s a short walk to the Waikiki Aquarium or Honolulu Zoo where your family can spend the afternoon marveling at the creatures of the deep or meeting friendly beasts from around the world.
